Refunds are applicable if a test or service is canceled by the center due to unforeseen circumstances, if a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate payments), or if the service provided does not match the description or agreement. However, refunds will not be issued if the diagnostic procedure has already been completed, if the cancellation is initiated by the customer after the service has commenced, or for minor delays in report delivery due to technical or operational challenges.
